Refund Policy

This Policy sets out the terms for refunds on digital products (online courses, video and audio material and so on) bought on our site. By buying a digital product, the customer accepts the terms of this Policy.

1. General

1.1. This Policy sets out the terms for refunds on digital products (PDF files, e-books, online courses, video and audio material and so on) bought on our site.

1.2. By buying a digital product, the Customer accepts the terms of this Policy.

2. Right of withdrawal

2.1. Under Estonian consumer protection law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of purchase.

2.2. This right does not apply to digital content not supplied on a physical medium if delivery began before the 14-day period expired, with the Customer's prior express consent, or if the Customer confirmed they understood that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the download or access began.

2.3. In other words:

• if the Customer has not downloaded or opened the product and did not consent to delivery beginning → the right of withdrawal may be used;
• if the product has been downloaded, opened or access granted → no refund is made.

Our policy: we give a refund within 14 days of purchase, no awkward questions asked — it matters to us that you are satisfied. Just write to support@alexbert.fun.

3. Refunds for defects

3.1. If a digital product has a technical defect (a corrupted file, access that cannot be opened, missing functionality that was advertised), the Customer has the right to submit a claim.

3.2. We undertake to fix the problem free of charge within a reasonable time — by granting access again, repairing the file or updating the material.

3.3. If the defect cannot be fixed, the Customer has the right to request a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund.

4. How to request a refund

4.1. To request a refund, write to: support@alexbert.fun

4.2. Please include:

• your full name;
• the email address used for the order;
• the date of purchase;
• the reason for your request.

4.3. Where relevant, add a description of the problem or screenshots.

5. Review and payment

5.1. Requests are reviewed within up to 14 calendar days of receipt.

5.2. If a refund is approved, the money is returned by the same method used for payment.

5.3. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank or payment provider — usually 3–7 working days.

6. Important conditions

• Once a refund is made, access to the digital product is permanently revoked.
• Using or sharing the material after a refund is an infringement of copyright.
• Refunds are made with no additional fees for the Customer.
