2. What data is used

You enter your name and email in the form on this page. They are sent to our customer system so that an account and an order can be created for you and your access details can be emailed to you. Card details are never requested on this page.

After the form is submitted, the Lava payment page opens, where you enter your email again. When you buy, Lava handles the order and payment data under its own rules. When you contact support, we receive your email, the text of your message and any order details you provide.

3. Purposes

The data is used to place and fulfil your order, to give you access to the course, to answer questions, to fix technical problems and to handle refunds. Technical information about your visit helps us measure how our advertising performs.

4. Analytics and Meta Pixel

This page uses Meta Pixel. It sends events for page and product views, for opening the form and for submitting it, along with related technical information such as browser and network details. Meta may use cookies to match visits.

The name and email you type into the form are not included in the pixel events we send. The event named Purchase on this site means the form was submitted before continuing to payment; on its own it does not confirm that any money was taken.

You can manage cookie settings and limit advertising tracking in your browser and in Meta's own settings. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from viewing the site or continuing to payment.

5. Recipients and transfers

Payment is handled by Lava and advertising analytics by Meta. Their processing is also governed by their own policies. Processing may take place outside your country of residence. Information from support requests may be shared with service providers needed to fulfil your order, and with authorities where there is a lawful basis.

6. Retention and security

Order and support data is kept for as long as it is needed to service the purchase, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations. You can ask support about the retention period for your own request. We limit access to the people who need it to work on your order.
